We only accept returns for defective or faulty products purchased directly from Bathroom Deals.

If your item is defective, please contact our team to request a Return Authorisation (RA) before sending any goods back.

Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted or credited.
Once your return is approved, Bathroom Deals will cover the freight cost for the item to be sent back to us.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
